Fitmeid: Vending machines that sell what the gym doesn't stock

We built Fitmeid's web app, merchant interface, and full e-commerce infrastructure — the system behind smart vending machines that let gym members order supplements on the spot, even when the gym carries no stock. Orders route through our infrastructure to a centralized warehouse, which fulfills and delivers to the member or the gym directly. The result: gyms increase their revenue without managing inventory. Fitmeid now counts 100+ partner gyms across France, with a 4.8/5 rating across 80+ reviewed locations.
iVOBS: Global Crypto Marketplace
From a stalled build to a stage at Web Summit Qatar
iVOBS spent two years with a previous agency that couldn't ship — a multi-currency marketplace with stablecoin conversion, wallet infrastructure, and bank-grade security is not a weekend build. We took over the project, rebuilt what needed rebuilding, and got it live: a marketplace where merchants sell globally and get paid in EUR/USD with automatic crypto conversion. The result didn't just launch — it earned a stand at Web Summit Qatar, in front of the exact audience this product was built for.
Bictorys: Cross-border payments, built to clear a Central Bank
Secured a BCEAO license (Fintech)
Bictorys needed a mobile payment app robust enough to support three distinct user types, built alongside a backend designed to meet the compliance standards of BCEAO, West Africa's Central Bank — a license that doesn't get granted to sloppy infrastructure. We built the mobile side; the founder's team handled backend compliance. When funding ran out mid-project, we stayed on to finish the work, shipping the app to the App Store and Google Play. The license is proof of what real teamwork, under pressure, can produce.
